FNB claim to have this wonderful channel of openning accounts online, but you somehow forget the clients that want to close those accounts. Now I am stuck with an account that I haven't use and plans not to use in the near future, because there is no facility to close it on the internet and your branches are not helpful either (in fact they are useless in that regard), how can you expect the client who want to close their account to stand in the queue for half an hour (if not more). We are busy people and don't have time to go sit in the bank for hours for something as minor as closing an account, when i can just ignore the account until you guys decide to close it...
