Definitely my first 1st choice for insurance

I had the unfortunate experience of being "rear-ended" at a red traffic light last year, which resulted in my first claim against my insurance, only months after changing to Outsurance. The inconvenience of having to visit panelbeaters and find an "excess" at the spur of the moment was daunting enough, but my frustration mainly came from the fact that it wasn't even my fault and we knew it was going to be a long road ahead with the young culprit trying his best to distance himself from his responsibility. When I paid my excess to get my car back from the panelbeaters, I resigned myself to the thought of never seeing that excess being refunded to me or at least, not to expect it within the next year... A long story short, LINDIE BARKHUIZEN from Outsurance Legal has renewed my faith in the service levels of the insurance industry completely.

I really wish people could take a page from her book of dedicated service provision. She continued with follow-up calls, even through the festive season and within a few months, was able to call me with the great news that I'd be refunded my excess. LINDIE, I love your attitude and am grateful I had you to work on my claim. Thank you!
