I have been trying to close my savings account since June 2013. When i go to the bank they are either off line or there is one consultant for a que out the door. I can' t waste a whole saturday in a bank and it is impossible to go to the bank during the week. I specially took off work on Monday the 11 th of November to close the account. I went to your branch in vaal mall after waiting for an hour I was told sorry I must pay the arears banking charges of R303. I refused and asked the consultant to put a hold on the account so the charges dont keep on accumulating he refused I told him to keep the card and left. I am sorry I tried to sort this out to no avail. For all I care the charges can keep on running and you can sue me for it. Please change your slogan from "how can we help you" to " how can we you"
