AJ Gelderblom did not receive his pension payout from September 2013. He inquired a few times and was told that it was because he didn't presenting himself as alive. He faxed and post all the documentation requested 1st November 2013. On the 7th November 2013 he confirmed with them if they received the documentation and was told they will sort it out. He then phoned back on the 17 December, 7 Jan, 13 th Jan the same story they will sort it out up to now he received no feed back and no money. He is a Elderly person and pays his medical aid out of the pension. I phoned again this morning and had to spoke to three people at customer care department and ask to speak to the manager in charge, they gave me a contact number that is not working. When I phoned again a person advice me that it is a tax problem on the system at MIBFA that needed to get sorted otherwise the people will get taxed wrongly.
He cann'tt tell me how long this will take to fix the problem. He told me that he know it is not the pensioners fault but the system that is faulty but still they don't care to help the pensioners to get there money back. Something BIG is wrong with this company, can someone please advice
