Pension fund not paid and no service satisfaction

On the 25-10-2013 my pension fund was supposed to be paid in, it's still not in. Every year I sign a letter to acknowledge that I'm still alive with a certified ID and send it back to them. This letter was sent to me and sent back on the 8-10-2013 via post. I have tried several times calling but there is no answer, got through on the 28-10-2013 and they said they will post me the letter again because they didn't receive the previous one that was sent. I still haven't received anything. And again can't get hold of them. On the 05-11-2013 I sent them a fax with a written letter and a certified ID to 011 870 2251. Have tried calling them today again on 086 010 2544 / 011 870 2000 but no luck. ID nr 2609195037086, M.J de Vos: 072 820 8574 and the email they can use to communicate is [Email Removed] . I think this is unacceptable, we haven't received our pension yet!!
