My father have applied for surplus funds at Mibfa last year and was told that they would pay out November, then when November came nothing, so he called them, emailed them and phoned them numerous times, only to be told the are still busy and will payout in his bank account by December 2012.
NOTHING! NO PAYOUTS! Can someone please assist, they do not respond to emails, phone calls (call centre doesn't answer) or faxes... nothing!
He is on pension now and need the money! Thank You.
