Culprits of Ederly Abuse - You ought to be ashamed

ID 2401120036080... My mother has turned 90 years old today... MIBFA I note is, by all bad reporting on Hellopeter, a culprit of ELDERLY ABUSE. This company that is supposed to manage Pensions ensures that they put the elderly through sheer by means of MENTAL ANGUISH by not reinstating pensions that they no longer want to pay. I have been trying to get my mothers pension reinstated since the 7th November because they decided that they do not want to continue paying her a pension after 23rd September 2013 as a 25 year span was long enough. Her Certificate of Existence together with a validated copy ID was posted to them last year and I have e-mailed these documents a further 6 times to Florence, Nicole, Louis and Pensions Department. Their nonsensical response is that they do not have her ID. Obviously one of the following three reasons for this answer by the Call Center applies. They have obviously been told to give the ID problem story to anyone phoning in, or they are just plain stupid and are clueless on how to open two attachments on an e-mail, or they employ totally incompetent staff. My last resort, I am now in contact with the Pension Fund Adjudicator for help.
