We have submitted twice survival certificate for my Dad. He is suppose to be getting monthly pension from MIBFA, since October he did not receive the payment. I understand the rational that they need to make sure that he is still alive. I made contact with the call centre today to follow up. Neo Tshoeu confirmed receipt of the forms BUT it will take 6-8 weeks to update the system. When I asked Neo, how does he expect my Dad to survive if they have not paid him for the past 3 months.. I asked to speak to someone senior, she advised me that she is senior. When I asked for her Full name and Title, she is the call centre agent... Her Manager who is not available Daphey Farrel who is the call centre Manager.. When I asked for Daphey's boss I was referred to call the switchboard. I called the number twice, first time I was transferred back to the call centre and second time transferred to a wonderful gentleman by the name of Siza Zikilili.. Big ups to him. He heard my story, expressed empathy he promised to call me back. Within a minute, I received a call from him and he will get back to me once he receives the file.
