ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had my vehicle financed through Absa and paid my Installement every single month without any issues. My vehicle was paid up in Decmeber 2013 and then my Residual was due end of January this year. However, ABSA never contacted me with any details or options regarding my Residual. They just simply put my name onto ITC, without notifying me in any way or means. I then contacted them as i found out through FNB that ABS listed me and i wont be able to conitnue with any financials until ABSA removed me. I went from pillar to post to get this sorted out. I wen to ABSA Keywest, where they called for a settlement on my residual. I then padi the full amount. The monday i called to find out if they got my payment and could close my account. I was then told by Herman that Absa now owe me money. So how did they then QUOTED THE WRONG SETTLEMENT. SO then it was yet another 2-3days for the refund to be done. And now as i called i was told that department never send my account to be closed and to inform ITC. I was tranfered to all the departments posibly of which with a hour on the phone and still NO LUCK.

Im utterly disgusted and very disappointed. My next finance will be to WESBANK.
