They are refusing to pay my claim due to a mistake on an invoice not related to servicing of the vehicle. The claims manager, Mark Hutchinson accused me of writing out the service invoices for the vehicles. Its my 1st claim for R2000 for a radiator fan motor after paying them for over 14 months for two vehicles. When I ask Mark Hutchinson to speak to someone in charge he responded saying he is the manager and he makes the decisions. I then called the offices again and asked to speak to a director or someone in charge to lodge a complaint and was told they do not give out their numbers.
