I was communicating with absa consultant Felicia at the vehicle finance department. i wanted to enquire about my vehicle settlement, whether it has appeared on their account as my insurance had paid them on the 9th of January 2013. it appeared that there was no settlement on my vehicle on the system . she asked me to email her proof of payment and i did . since then she never got back to me. the absa ways of doing things is delaying the whole process. i will hold absa liable should any debit occur from my account, for a vehicle that was long settled causing me a delay for any other things needed on my part to take responsibility on. i am disappointed by the financer's labour!!!
