Need help! Absa repo car. I made arrangements and i paid more than my instalment to catch up with my overdue. Theres even payment that absa didnt allocate. Monday guy came and c me at work said court order for car. Told him cant be posible im paying my car next day they came nd took my car. Im geting no assistance frm absa to get my car back. Im R5000 overdue. Absa just say pay full settlement. What are absa ethics. I want to pay my car bt absa just want to repo it and im still liable for full amount! Why wont absa help u when u willing to pay! Im struglin even to get contract nw bt the bit i have the finance amounts doesnt match frm dealer! Pls is ther any1 that can help or guide me what to do. I paid R50000 deposit. I cant lose it for R5 grand
