I tried to transfer surplus funds in my access bond to my cheque account but the electronic system would not allow the transaction. I contacted the bank and they transferred me to five different departements, four different excuses and 43 minutes on the phone before I gave up and put the phone down. I recontacted the bank later and asked them to contact me in regards to the issue. The bank has still not contacted me a day later. Their blatent disregard to a persons own funds is shocking.
