Bad service

FNB Housing not checking their accounts accordingly, Last year 2012 adviced fnb that they should debit my account on the 27 decemer 2012, but insteat they debited on the 13 december, took all my last money before i even got paid, called them and explained to them, that time i was on a journery, had to go to the nearest bank and reverse the money, later they credit back money, on the 27 december they debit as arranged only one instead of two payments,
Early this year got a call from their helpdesk saying no payment was done they need their money with fine of 45.00 on top,
Your service it is redicuouls always december time having this proble always, i never skipped a month of payment, but they dont listen, and i am tired of them now, i want my R45.00 back into my account.
