24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Very poor customer service and response time

My cellphone has been insured by 24HR Mobility for about a year, When the screen cracked, they were very unhelpful with regards to what the correct procedures were to claim from them.. Once I had finally understood and followed the procedures to claim from them, I had sent my claim form in about four times on different days and they have still not collected the phone for repairs. My claim is still not on their system and within a few days, I will have exceeded the 30 days in which I am allowed to claim the insurance after the damage. I have been on the phone for hours, driven to my service provider multiple times and sent many emails with no results.
