Superior Support from the call centre urgent

My cell phone was lost during hijacking. I logged a claim to 24Hr mobility, my claim was allocated to Kagiso Mashigo. In my opinion he went an extra mile to provide what I term superior service. He phoned all my preferred MTN shops to replace my device and he gave me content feed back on the status on the claim. Of which in many cases he had to remind me of the information I committed to provide in order for him to finalize and endorse the claim. In my encounter with he is very knowledgeable on his capacity and very professional in his approach.

It is my first time dealing with 24HR mobility and Kagiso created an impression that this company is professional, friendly and humane
