I have logged a query with Liberty life about changing my policy on 8 January, and got a mail back from Monique Mangale on the 9th to say it was sent to another department and they will respond within 24 hours. I am STILL waiting for a response. I have sent another mail trying to get something out of them, but nothing. Really bad service!!!
