My account was debited with R 399 on the 29 November 2013. I called my bank to find out what the problem was and they referred me to FNB to which I don't own an account by them. FNB then referred me to a company number which I called several times, they told me that it was a mistake of typing the account number because my name was not even on the system, and they have been promising to refund me but I haven't received anything since. Please Help me!!
