WORSE SERVICE EVER

Good day

I was involved in a car accident in July 2013, up and till now my car isn't fixed... I wasn't even the guilty party in this accident. I went to First for Woman because they do advertise good service... I'm sorry, but I have received the worse service from them and secondly they even increased my premium. It is almost 7 months that I have been driving my car like this, it is unacceptable... I had to contact the guilty parties insurance to find out what is going on. Then to hear, they haven't received anything from my insurance. I feel that it is not fair to me to receive this kind of service and then First for woman will send me :

I'm sorry but I don't agree with the above, the guilty parties car is fixed and I have to drive my car like this..

FIRST FOR WOMAN - BAD SERVICE, don't put their clients FIRST... not even trying to fight for them!!!
