I gave my banking details to African Bank to debit my account now. For some reason known to African Bank, the bank seemed to have a problem with their system. Last October and November I got a call from their agent who 'asked' me if the debit orders went through, and they did, but he could'nt pick them up. I always had debit orders except for February. I left money in my account but the debit order never went through. Now I get threats that my account is referred to court. Why must I suffer for the problems you have with your system??
