Struggling since July 20 to have premium rectified

I was in a car accident November of 2012. NOT EVEN MY FAULT. VirSeker decided to DOUBLE my premium due to the fact that an at their office never entered my original Glassfit inspection documentation when I changed over to VirSeker. We found this mistake in July 2013 and since then I have struggled to have this rectified. Half of the amount due to me for incorrect deductions was refunded yet I am still waiting on the rest and STILL my premium has not been adjusted. UNLESS this is rectified by end of business today I WILL take my business somewhere else. I will also report VirSeker to the ombudsmen as you guys are clearly incapable of resolving this matter.
