GROSS POOR SERVICE BY FNB ONLINE CONSULTANT

I called FNB Online for activation of my platinum card under "verified by visa". Consultant took my call and asked endless ridiculous questions and after long time, toldI I need to go to Branch. Or Premier banker will call me!!! The so called Premier bank has never called me.
