ATM, branch obstructive, premier banker unavailabl

Tried to draw cash in Tyger Valley. ATM fails, refers me to another ATM or branch. Other ATM also fails. I waited ~40mins in branch then told withdrawal will cost! That's entrapment & extortion! Teller checked my card & acc, no problems, asked someone to check ATM, that person vanished. I left.

I sent email to my premier banker, he's on training!

I returned this eve hoping that problem is resolved. Same response. Other ATM same response. ATM on opposite end of mall same response. ATM in dark deserted area same response.

Came back home, sent another email to premier banker & also to his 2IC. Then remembered! He recently sent me a phone number for ATM problems. I called. 3 options, 2 for online banking & 1 for payments. None for ATM problems!

I have a gold credit card & platinum debit card. I pay a fortune to these reprobates each month. But when I want some of my own money they obstruct me!

Unable to go out socially on the 1 eve in the week when I'm available.
Unable to buy plants for my gardener to plant - he's already booked but what will he do?

Unable to do anything without money.

This F N Bank does this every December!
Don't they learn?
Or don't they care?
