I ordered an Ipad mini online, I selected the option to have it delivered. I called the premier suite to find out if I could rather collect it from a branch as it is the holiday season and delivery will probably take longer.

He did not even try to help he transfered me to another department. I have been holding on the line for 15minutes now and no one has answered my call.

What is the purpose of paying a premium (Platinum account fee) if you cannot get assistance!! The premeir banker who took my call should have taken my details resolved my query and come back to me with an answer instead of transferring me to another department.
