Apparently I qualify for access to a premier banker. But what good is this really? I just sent a query online and they will get back to me within one business day? What the is that? I'm an impatient person, and I really wonder how an entire day's wait qualifies as "premier" service? As usual FNB is all talk, and pretty much just like any other bank in the country. And of course somebody will just contact me to try to justify this - I'm really not interested. Also, the new online banking interface is just stupid, did you even test it??? Again, don't contact me by phone, I'm voicing this in a public forum for a reason and that's where I expect to get the response.
