I am seriously not sure what is going on with your bank at the moment, this is the second complaint I have had to load in a space of 2 weeks. I noticed now that I have been charged R150.00 courier fee, but have not had anything couriered to me. I recently received a new smart device, but I collected that from the Centurion Dot store. When I called call center (on hold as I am typing this), she told me to go into a FNB branch, seriously I need to now find time to go and stand at a branch to query about why I was charged for. Maybe it's time to find a new bank!!!
