10 Phone calls, and no help and no device

I recently went on maternity leave, which lead to my cheque account going into a minus, at the end of February I called in and asked for cash to be transferred from my saving account into my cheque account to bring the minus up to date until I recieve my full salary again.
IT is now May and this has still not been done. I called the number that I recieved from Customer services to aplly for annother smart device from FNB as I already have the Apple IPad from them, I explained why my cheque account was in arrears and mentioned to her that I have made arrangedments with FNB and my account will be sorted but in the meab time to deduct the monthly cash from my savings account which is also with FNB, she assured me that everything was in order and that my devices will be ordered and delred to me last week already.
When I called in this morning, my units have not even been dispatched yet. and I am told that FNB had a system glitch and my units got mixed in the system somewhere.
So they are trying to track my units, and send them to me, but I guess I am never going to get my devices.
Terribly bad service. Thank you FNB For no help at all. What a terrible terrible service.
