I wrote off my car, which was financed through Nedbank. I asked that a copy of the registration papers be sent to Outsurance, on Monday 11 Feb. I was promised that it will take max 24 hours. Its 5 days later and Outsurace have not received the copy of the papers. Because of this I cannot buy another car because I need the deposit. I am losing money, because I am losing car deals, and have to ask help every day for transport. I have a reference number for my original call. I phoned Nedbank again on Thursday 14/2/2013, when I was put through to Legal Department. They couldnt help me with the copy of the reg papers, because the only person that can do it is on leave. So now I am waiting again, till Monday. I was just informed by Outsurace that the settlement amount that was sent to them by Nedbank, now also expired, so now I have to get that again AS WELL. I will phone AGAIN on Monday and try my luck again!! This Nedbank error is costing me money now!!
