My name is Mmatshilo Makgoathane. My maiden name is Moloisane. I've been with nedbank for a while now. Some time last month I sent in my surrender form because I wanted to claim some of my savings from the Dreamaker savings in order to setle my accounts including my savings acount with Nedbank.
I received an sms a week later from Nedbank saying I should contact them. That's exactly what I did and I spoke to lady who told me that they had not processed my claim as I had 2 different surnames on my forms. She then told me to fax her my marriage certificate and write my new numbers on it as I'm now using a different number. Approximately last week tuesday: I faxed the copy of my marriage certificate with my new contacts on it. No one from Nedbank got hold of me. Today at 12:15 I contacted the call centre ONLY for me to listen to voice machine. I never got to speak to anyone. This is poor service
Now all I'm asking for is for Nedbank to process my claim. I want to settle my savings acounts as its in arrears and CANCEL it.
