Demanding i pay an amount

My Wesbank account is in arrears (my own fault), I contacted Wesbank to advise them (before they contact me) that it is in arrears and I would like to know how to go about making a payment arrangement.

A very rude and abrupt lady phoned me, advising that I will pay X amount or else. I advised her that the amount was too much (more than half my instalment) and asked whether there was other options. The response "you have no other option, you haven't paid so you will pay X amount. You have no choice."

Seriously!!! I am still a customer, and for her to refuse to assist me is disgusting. Threating to blacklist me when I am making an effort to pay is unprofessional!!

I advised her that I refused for her to deal any longer with me as her attitude was unnecessary and requested her manager to call me... still nothing!!

so here it is in black and white that I want to sort this out but that none of the staff are willing or have attempted in anyway to help me.
