I opened 2 Fluid Accounts for my children and requested FNB to please deduct their bank charges (R5.80 each per month) from my banking account. It was 'done' telehonically and I asked the Hatfield branch to check when I went to collect the cards. This has obviously not been done!! I just called the call centre (wherever that is!) and they said it cannot be done. I checked on their website and it reads: "Redirect fees to a parent's account". What are you going to do about this???
