I am one month behind on my loan account, i have called the call centre on numerous occasions to arrange for payment of this account, but the agreement is never adhered to. there is a payment option whereby i can pay one and a half months instalment over two months, which i chose, but as soon as i get paid, one months instalment is deducted from my bank account and i get threatened that if there is money in my account that the outstanding full months balance will be deducted. Why does standard bank suggest this arrangement in the first place if they disregard the agreement completely? A waste of my time and breath! do they not consider that after this agreement is made, i budget for my other monthly expenses? I have tried to make a loan at another bank so that i can pay them the outstanding amount, but they have reported me as a bad payer. They are bad lenders!
