DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER

Dissapointed with the billing of my loan account. I made a loan in November 2012, and was supposed to start end of Feb'13 with payment. In Jan'13 they send me an sms stating that my account is overdue I need to contact them urgent to avoid action. When I follow up, they apologise they made a mistake. They deducted interest from the money that was debited from my account, when queried that, the lady told me as soon as a loan is approved they start charging interest no matter when the instalment is due. When I explain everything to her she refered me to the financial dept of which I try to phone with no luck getting through. This month-end my account were debit with R 1089 more then the instalment agreement. I'm so dissapointed, I think things like this make people not to pay according to their agreement. I like to know what is the problem with this account, or I will change banks and pay them whatever I like to pay.
