I Linda Ngcayicibi bought a car in may through standard bank finance and they never deducted their money that month and money was into my bank account and then later they called to tell me to pay urgently - and then i told them i dont have the money coz i thought that debit order went thru on the 1st as stated on their contract but i made arrangements to pay R2000 that month then in instalments - which they are now deducting money every 1st now correctly and have not skipped any payment... my outstanding balance is R1990 WHICH now i have ben called by a guy called Mark from this number 27614572905 saying my car will be repossesed and my account to be handed over which i was never called or besides standard bank gives their clients an option of 1month not paying if they have a problem but now i dont understand and feel that clients are not handled in a manner and standard bank will lose clients for treating us badly - how can you be handed over for R1990 WHILE EVERY MONTH THEY DEDUCT R3990 - why didnt they allow me to make arrrangements with them because i told the guy that i can pay R500 MONTHLY NOW until my account of R1990 IS PAID and it will never affect my debit order.
