Incompetence and failure to follow arrangement mad

A month ago i was in hospital for 3 weeks due to that i did not get my full salary, i made an arrangement with fnb loans to work the payment in over 6 months extra on my current instalment, all said and done i was harassed by fnb loans everyday for about 2 weeks, every time i inform them that an arrangement has been made but they keep phoning me, i went into a branch to sort this out and it was done again on the system and i was informed that i would be paying an extra 500 on my current instalment for the next 6 months to catch up the missing instalment, this month the instalment went off as per usual with the extra 500 loaded then another 1500 was deducted on the same loan. if this is the type of customer satisfaction and loyalty i can expect from FNB i would rather cancel all with FNB and move to Standard bank because this is utterly pathetic
