I enquired on an insurance quote with King Price in January 2013. The condition of which was that I took my vehicle in for an inspection before I could be covered. I sent communication on the 12th of January that I will not be taking up the policy and they must cancel it. I received a voice message on the 1st and I could not call as I do not have access to a phone during the day. Only one attempt was made to get hold of me. My bank account was debited on the 1st of Feb for a policy I cancelled before it was even incepted. I want a refund of the full amount deducted and my bank charges by end of business today.
