COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE

Somebody hit my car in the back last week, I notified the company. Marlize referred me to a company called Telesure for assessment. I went and she later responded saying the damage would cost about R4500 and said that they would not pay this amount because it's less than my access which is about R4800. I asked if they could claimt the damage from the person (or her insurance) who hit me and I was told to consult the legal department. I asked for a quote (the one for the amount they specified), nothing is forthcoming. I called the second time and someone called Refilwe responded to my call. She promised to send the quote. Until today I have not received anything. Sometime in between, I got a call from someone (I did not even ask for this person's name) who said he wanted to verify some information about the incident. I was so pierced off, I just told him what was on my mind. I needed help and as far as I am concerned, I have given all the information that they can use to help me.
