R20 200 out of my current account!

To whom it may concern,
On 6 September 2013, R20 200 was out of my cheque account. Subsequently Robin Cornelius from Absa Department informed me telephonically regarding the. Robin supplied me with the necessary forms to be completed. I also obtained an Affidavit from the Melkbosstrand Police Department. Absa Bank Melkbosstrand undertook to send the required documentation to Gomolemo Radebe at Absa Bank on 7 September 2013
Approximately two weeks later Mosito Mapula from Absa Bank phoned me to ask me questions regarding the case. Mosito also confirmed that no documents had been received by her office. On the same day I received a "Repudiation Letter" which stated that Absa Bank accepts no responsibility for my loss.
In the meantime I have sent seven letters to different departments of Absa Bank, as well as to Absa Bank Head Office. To date, Absa Bank has not replied to any of the letters.
I am 69 years old and have been banking with Absa Bank (Volkskas Bank) since 1970. At this stage, it appears that Absa does not care for individuals and I am very disappointed that my money is not safe with you.

I am awaiting your response, pending further action.
