I opened an account online for my son, I went in today to hand in Fica Documents, When I got to the reception I told the lady why I was there. She then sent me to the enquiries department, I waited in the que for about 45 mins only to be told that I need to go to a consultant... another que, I had to be somewhere else and could not wait so I left feeling very very furious. I feel FNB should now come and collect the documents from me Or train their frontline to listen and direct clients to the correct department!!
