No action from the Department

I recently fell victim to online debit card. I was initially impressed with FNB for picking up on the transactions and immediately cancelled my card. However, all this was a little to late has all the funds have been reserved. So I now sit in a negative balance, on a debit card. Not to sure why that is happening.

I sent through the required documents around 10 minutes after the initial phone call to the department. Ashwin was cc'ed on the emails as well. This was on the Wednesday morning.

I then tried to get an update during the week and no response. It has now been a 4 days since the case was opened and I have not had any feedback. Today I phoned FNB Department and when asked about my case the rep informed me that I have outstanding documents (the required documents). Once I told him I had sent the documents, he magically found them.

What's more annoying is no one can help me today because it is a Saturday.

I have been stuck without money for a week now, getting charged penalties for an overdraft account, and this will only be resolved next week. I feel like I have been neglected and ignored for a very serious issue.
