EXTREMELY dissapointed in you guys seriously

I've been a client with Miway for a couple of years with claim free years, except for a third party incident where you guys got the money from the person responsible for the accident. I personally only submitted 2 claims for Windscreen including the recent/current claim. Now that I have hail damage, my car is booked in at the panel beater and I have the option of car hire. Queried about the car hire, was told I need to pay Avis R1200 "liability fee" before getting the car. Spoke to the consultants and asked them to provide evidence of the liability fee I am suppose to pay, consultant gets back to me and says she recovered 1 call whereby 1 of the consultants mentioned there was a "fuel levy" I had to pay for car rental but did not specify the amount. now do you see the difference between "fuel levy" and "liability fee". Fuel levy I know that you get a courtesy car full tank and need to bring it back the same. Now I cancelled my insurance with you guys, and your policy says you need to do it a month in advance, now how the did I know that I was going to get this type of service a month in advance, cause I want my money as I do not wish to be covered by you for the pro rata.
