No Money Care Hire

I have submitted an accident claim and now require car hire for which i am covered according to your COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE POLICY, now i am told i need to pay. I was not told this when taking car insurance and i do not see why i should be liable for this cost for which i was not told about at inception. I refuse to pay this amount for car hire but I need the car since I can t walk and in fact it's not my problem that Virgin Money has a car hire contract with a car hire company which requires money to pick up a hired car. I mean how much trauma and inconvenience must a person suffer just to repair a car, first it was the accident, medical bills, no this is just turning out to be a miniature nightmare instead of me as a paying client getting value for my money and smooth service. I do not have that money for car hire and i will not in the near future because this was not what i agreed to over the phone. There is never transparency with you guys, all you want is for us to join, make empty promises and now you not delivering.
