I was always under the impression Momentum short-term insurance delivers service of a very high standard especially as I was assisted in a very professional manner with a glass claim early in 2012 one Saturday morning, thus not in normal office hours.
Today my perception changed however. I was in a minor accident early today and I wanted to sort the admin side of all the drama asap. Phoning Momentum however proved to be painful.
After waiting extended periods of time for an operator to answer I was disconnected not less than 5 times. Five times!
I eventually got so far to receive a case number and the line was cut again.
The end of all these painful calls are that I now have to take my car to an assessment centre which is actually out of my way as the consultant couldn't provide me with adequate options where I can take my car to.
I want my car to be fixed asap and Momentum is just not making it any easier for me and this is supposed to be the whole purpose of insurance - to make your life easier in case of unfortunate events!
