I normally dont do this but after a couple of times of decent service, I was appalled by my last booking.
I would like to raise 2 complaints (shortfall on deposit refund and faulty rental).
Firstly, I hired a car and brought back the tank full I still see that you did not refund me the total fuel levy. I filled up the car at the garage which is less than a kilometre away from the Cape Town International Airport, I have also subsequently sent through photographic evidence from my cellphone to corroborate my claim and if need be I can ask my bank to send you the slip. Instead of refunding me back my total R650 fuel deposit, you only refunded me R467.09 a shortfall of R182.09. I wouldn't normally haggle about this but it is on principles basis that i do, especially since the first car I hired earlier that week was faulty and your representative knowingly gave me the car as she asked her colleague if the car was "fine" now and to make matters worse I had to bring in the car for replacement at my own expense and time.
Please rectify as soon as possible.
