I'm really getting annoyed with the same issue. I settled my loan on the 20th of December. received a debit order on the 25th midnight. called the call Centre to explained that account was settled. a reversal was done with 24hrs. good and well. Come January the 8th a debit order for the amount of R410 is debited AGAIN..in less than a month of sorting out the issue. called an spoke to Tshego, I was assured that the reversal would be made with 48hrs from the 9th January which was a Thursday. I'm still sitting with an overdrawn account, and as a premier member I find it very unprofessional. can this matter be sorted pronto. I really don't expect such incompetence from FNB.
