On old years eve I made 3 transaction on my cheque card. 1 didn't go thru on the suppliers side. But money was deducted off my account and put into "reserved". The other purchases were deducted the same way and have been removed from my account. But now I haven't been refunded my money. I have called customer care on the 6th of Jan. They informed me it will be resolved with in 48h. Nothing has happened. I phoned again today with no luck as I had run out of air time... R150 just on absas call centre with slow prompts and no direct line to where u need to go. This is the last straw I think. Will most probably change another bank as its always something else when it comes to services with these guys.
