I have reported incorrect billing (Stop order) by Old Mutual from my salary numerous times for my policies, No one is taking this issue seriously, and for months this has been continuing. I have three policies with Old Mutual, and to-date I'm supposed to be paying R841.00, but I'm paying R 988.64. I have even gone to the Witbank branch to report, but nothing has come of it, since last year April. I will appreciate if somebody at Old Mutual would take my case serious and get it resolved. I even got reference number in late last year when I went back to the branch, Ref 2239625
