Would really love to get a copy of some bank statements from Absa, but being charged R32 for a statement up front is a bit steep. the guy at the counter said I could look on their internet banking point but as they usually say, the lines are down. The lines are always down in this bank.
He said I should be getting a monthly statement. I don't get this.
Two of us tried all night to get archived statements from online banking, it doesn't work.
Just so done with Absa.
