I was at the bank for over 30mins to sort out my internet banking as I was unable to view statements before August 2013. I signed up for internet banking to avoid having to go into the bank. I found out that my archived statements were set to no, who does that? I needed 3 months bank statements for a rental application and because of this whole ordeal, my application is at risk. I am very upset about this and apparently I am the first to experience this.
