Stalling on Claim

I submitted a claim in November for hail damage to my vehicle, I live in Witbank, they requested I take my vehicle to Pretoria or the Kemptonpark to be assessed. So I should drive more than a 100Km to make there live easy and safe them money. Damage can locally be assessed and repaired, other wise they can transport it to where and back their your cost.. this is terrible service
